LaBreche was contracted for a year-long project to manage global change for a Fortune 500 public company, through effective communications of a new job framework that would change job titles, levels, and potentially salaries for employees. HR-related changes are always sensitive and nuanced. LaBreche has a keen ability to effectively communicate change so that it is understood, processed, accepted and (ideally) enthusiastically supported.
