When and Where You Need Us.
Interim Fractional Role
Beth LaBreche will work as a temporary member of your team, offsite or on location, particularly during team reorganizations or when a critical employee leaves the organization.
Beth has a keen ability to step into a dynamic situation, quickly assimilate, and learn current systems and future needs. She can manage existing teams and earn trust among leaders who want to stabilize communications in times of change.
Beth has managed teams within corporate offices in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, her home base, and remotely across the U.S. She completes her engagement only when teams are solidified, and knowledge and systems transfer is complete.
On Call
After updating or creating crisis communications plans and training teams on processes, Beth LaBreche is considered an on-call crisis communications external resource for companies, brought in on an as-needed basis when issues arise that require expert communications management and execution.
It is as important to have an external, experienced crisis communications expert on the crisis management team as it is to have an attorney. Beth LaBreche is well known among business leaders nationwide as a trusted counselor on how to effectively manage through an issue or crisis with the correct communications approach.
Unlike other communications consultants who require monthly retainers to be “on deck” for crisis assistance, LaBreche charges hourly for its services, only when they are needed.
Per Project
LaBreche is brought into situations that involve corporate change. Beth LaBreche is a trusted advocate for the importance of thoughtful change management, using effective communications to clearly articulate changes to affected stakeholders.

Board Service
Beth LaBreche adds the communication perspective to corporate and non-profit governance by serving on private company boards, non-profit boards and start-up advisory councils. Most corporate leaders and boards chairs recognize that communications, particularly public relations and crisis management, are skills that bring critical insight to the board level. The organization’s reputation is a top board priority. Increasingly, boards are adding communications professionals to their ranks, recognizing the discipline to be as vital as financial and legal expertise.
“I have worked with Beth LaBreche for nearly 20 years. She is the ultimate professional. She has a unique ability to decipher complex issues into clear and concise key messages.
She has also earned the respect of the media. ”
