Rebrand of a company during active litigation.

Ownership of a brand asset was challenged by the previous owner of a 50-year-old business. The new owners had to rebrand, quickly, to move past costly litigation and rebuild for the future. LaBreche managed the rebrand and unveil, in less than two months, with an announcement at a major industry event. The project yielded online reach of more than 859M people and 148 media articles. Sales at the company were uninterrupted; in fact, they increased. These results were achieved despite the challenge of executing the project during the COVID pandemic.
